And that's the thing, Ray. These owners and players think we are hanging on every word here. Between the new Fall TV shows (So, so many new and returning shows), Football, Baseball playoffs, movies, Netflix, etc., there is enough to keep everyone busy.
And looking at the few number of comments to blogs on this site alone, it looks like many people just really don't care what these egotistical gazillionaires do or don't do. We got burned last time, and if they think we're going to go cry in the corner and suck our thumbs because there's no hockey, they better wake up.
It almost like many of the fans have adopted a "whatever"-type attitude.
